The watch weighs just 78 grams, which makes it more than 50 percent lighter than a stainless steel NORQAIN watch. This is achieved through the NORTEQ® carbon fibre case and the skeletonised movement.

NORTEQ® is an ultra light and ultra robust carbon fibre composite created exclusively for NORQAIN in collaboration with Jean-Claude Biver and BIWI SA. It is six times lighter than steel and 3.5 times lighter than titanium, with a striking marble effect and optimised shock absorption.

How shock resistant is the Wild ONE Skeleton?

The robustness of the watch has been proven in tests withstanding shocks of 5,000 g. The case combines a NORTEQ® protective cage with a rubber shock absorber, so it can handle extreme activities such as mountain biking, skiing, and trail running.

What movement powers the Wild ONE Skeleton Turquoise?

It is powered by the NORQAIN Calibre N08S, a mechanical automatic skeleton movement that is chronometer certified by COSC and offers a power reserve of 41 hours. Its structure follows the architectural principles of beam construction, with each support point held by at least two arms for extra durability.

Is the Wild ONE Skeleton Turquoise water resistant?

Yes, the watch is water resistant to 200 metres, which makes it suitable for swimming and water sports.

What is the case of the Wild ONE Skeleton Turquoise made of?

The 42mm case combines a black NORTEQ® cage with a sandblasted titanium container and case back, plus a turquoise rubber shock absorber. In total, the case is built from 25 parts, including four screws engraved with a mountain peak design.

Yes. The engraved NORTEQ® NORQAIN plate on the left side of the case can be personalised with custom text in one of three font styles: NN Style, Sporty, or Classic. Engraving adds 5 to 8 business days to the delivery time.
