1. General Information

Participation in the Golden Ticket Promotion is subject to applicable local laws and regulations. Where participation, prize availability or any element of the Promotion is prohibited, restricted or requires modification under applicable law, NORQAIN reserves the right to modify eligibility or exclude residents of the affected jurisdiction in order to comply with applicable law.

2. Organizer

The Golden Ticket Promotion ("Promotion") is organized by Montres NORQAIN SA, Hauptstrasse 7, 2560 Nidau, Switzerland ("NORQAIN" or the "Organizer").

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older who have purchased a genuine NORQAIN Freedom GMT Enjoy Life "Holiday" Limited Edition watch, except where participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Residents of Japan are not eligible to participate in this Promotion due to applicable local regulations. Additional eligibility requirements or restrictions may apply depending on the participant's country or jurisdiction of residence.

Employees of NORQAIN, its affiliated companies, distributors, retailers involved in the Promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

To participate, the owner of an Eligible Watch must:

• Complete the official registration form available at norqain.com;
• Provide the requested contact information;
• Register the serial number of their Eligible Watch; and
• Submit the registration before 11:59 PM CET on September 30, 2026.

Only one registration per watch serial number is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent registrations may be disqualified.

Registration is free of charge.

5. The Golden Ticket

Among the 500 Freedom GMT Enjoy Life "Holiday" Limited Edition watches produced, one unique watch contains a hidden distinguishing feature that identifies it as the official Golden Ticket Watch ("Golden Ticket Watch"). This feature is known only to NORQAIN and is used to verify the winning watch.

The owner who has successfully registered the serial number of the Golden Ticket Watch within the registration period will be declared the winner of the Promotion.

6. Prize

The winner will receive a dream holiday for two (2) at Ayada Maldives, consisting of:

• Six (6) consecutive nights in an Ocean Villa;
• Accommodation for two (2) adults;
• Full Board (breakfast, lunch and dinner);
• Round-trip international flights for two (2) adults;
• Domestic flights within the Maldives, as required;
• Round-trip airport and resort transfers.

The prize is subject to the terms, availability and booking conditions of Ayada Maldives and its designated travel partners.

Travel dates are subject to availability and must be booked in accordance with the instructions provided by NORQAIN and Ayada Maldives.

Unless expressly stated above, the prize does not include visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, gratuities, beverages not included in the Full Board package, taxes or government fees (where applicable), or any other costs not specifically included in the prize.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

7. Verification

NORQAIN reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the watch, its serial number and the eligibility of any participant.

Any attempt to manipulate the registration process, submit false information or otherwise interfere with the Promotion may result in disqualification.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be verified after the registration period has ended and will be contacted using the contact details provided during registration after September 30, 2026.

The Organizer may request proof of identity, proof of purchase and proof of ownership of the winning watch before awarding the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fourteen (14) calendar days, fails to provide the requested documentation, or is found not to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to declare the prize forfeited and determine an appropriate course of action at its sole discretion.

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties or reporting obligations arising from acceptance of the prize, except where prohibited by applicable law.

10. Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed by NORQAIN solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with NORQAIN's Privacy Policy available at norqain.com.

Participants may also choose to provide separate, optional consent to receive marketing communications from NORQAIN, including newsletters, product updates and promotional offers.

Participants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time without affecting their participation in the Promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NORQAIN shall not be liable for technical failures, lost registrations, incorrect participant information, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the administration of the Promotion.

NORQAIN is not responsible for any services provided by third-party suppliers involved in the prize, including Ayada Maldives and travel providers.

12. Force Majeure

NORQAIN shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the Promotion where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labour disputes, governmental restrictions, travel bans, changes in law, transport disruptions or any other event of force majeure.

In such circumstances, NORQAIN reserves the right to modify, postpone, substitute or cancel the prize or any part of the Promotion where necessary. Any alternative arrangement will be determined by NORQAIN at its reasonable discretion and, where possible, will be of comparable value.

13. Modification or Cancellation

NORQAIN reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary or if required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered office of Montres NORQAIN SA in Nidau, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
