About Rio Matsumoto
Rio Matsumoto made a brilliant debut as an actress in her teens. She appeared in numerous TV dramas and movies. When she was 30 years old, she decided to dive into yoga herself, determined to find her true self and not just play a role in
a script. She acquired the International Alliance “RYT200” in 2014. Currently, she continues to work as a yoga instructor using her expressive talents as an actress and is working hard to acquire. Rio says, “There is no such thing as a journey
to find yourself. Because who you are right now, right there, is who you are”. She
is sending out messages to many people about the importance of shining by
oneself and realising one's potential, which lies as deep as an iceberg lurking
at the surface of the sea.
