Should your Norqain watch require servicing or repair, we have a worldwide network of high-quality service partners. The watchmakers of these partners are fully informed about our products to service and repair your watch in accordance with our high-quality standards.

We offer the following services for your timepiece:

COMPLETE SERVICE

• Exchange or complete traditional service of the movement including replacement of all movement parts required
• Refurbishing and cleaning of the case and metal bracelet (if available)
• Exchange of gaskets, crown, pushers and tube
• Functional test and rate adjustment of the watch and the movement according to NORQAIN quality standards
• Technical and aesthetic final control

PARTIAL SERVICE

• Cleaning of case and metal bracelet (if available)
• Exchange of gaskets, crown, pushers and tube
• Functional test and rate adjustment of the watch and the movement according to NORQAIN quality standards
• Technical and aesthetic final control

Additional polishing work is possible for a partial service.
