NORQAIN unveils the Wild ONE Skeleton 39mm in four vibrant colours, launching with six high-profile NORQAINERs in a bold global campaign.

With Watches and Wonders Geneva just days away, NORQAIN is delighted to introduce the Wild ONE Skeleton 39mm, a new, smaller evolution of the independent family-owned Swiss watch company’s signature Wild ONE, the innovative, high-performance model that was launched in collaboration with Jean-Claude Biver in 2022 and immediately made waves in the watch industry. The launch is supported by a star-studded campaign featuring six of NORQAIN’s high-achieving ambassadors, each embodying the brand’s adventurous 'my life, my way' philosophy.

The new timepiece is available in four bold, high-energy colours. The Hyper Pink, Sky Blue, and Mint editions feature a black NORTEQ® cage, accentuated by vibrant pink, blue, or green elements. The fourth version makes a statement with a NORTEQ® cage in a striking new shade—Purple—with an Ice Blue shock absorber, creating the distinctive Purple Ice Blue edition. This fresh colour combination offers a unique take on the collection’s innovative design. Each model is paired with a high-performance rubber strap in a coordinating colour, seamlessly integrated into the dynamic NORTEQ® case design.

Behind these bold, bright colours is the story of the Wild ONE. Designed for high performance and crafted from high-tech materials, including NORQAIN’s proprietary carbon material NORTEQ®, each watch is ultra-light and ultra-robust, weighing just 64 grammes while still delivering shock resistance up to 5,000g. Designed for high-impact, high-adrenaline sports, the Wild ONE Skeleton 39mm delivers exceptional durability and performance.

Powering the Hyper Pink, Sky Blue, and Purple Ice Blue versions is the NORQAIN Calibre N08S, a skeletonised, chronometer-certified automatic movement with 41 hours of power reserve. The hour and minute hands are filled with high-grade X1 Super-LumiNova®, colour-matched to each model’s vibrant design. The model is the Mint Limited Edition, produced in a limited run of 400 pieces and featuring the NB08S Black movement, finished in stealthy black ruthenium. Each Mint Green Limited Edition is marked with “LIMITED EDITION, ONE of 400” on the sapphire caseback.

All four watches feature animal cruelty-free, Milanese-style patterned rubber straps in colours that complement their designs. Each timepiece also includes NORQAIN’s signature plate on the left case flank, offering the possibility for personalisation. Additionally, they are all water-resistant to 200 metres.

NORQAIN is thrilled to welcome two legendary names to the NORQAIN family: World Cup champion and Italian football icon Gianluigi Buffon, and Manchester United legend and renowned football expert Gary Neville. Joining them in the new campaign are two rising stars in their respective sports: Sydney Schertenleib, Swiss women’s national team member and FC Barcelona player, and Kimmy Repond, Swiss figure skater and 2023 European bronze medallist. Their dedication, talent, and drive make them ideal NORQAINERS for the Wild ONE Skeleton 39mm.

They stand alongside two long-standing members of the NORQAIN family: Tina Weirather, former World Cup alpine ski racer and NORQAIN board member, and Stanislas Wawrinka, three-time Grand Slam champion. Together, these six outstanding personalities bring the Wild ONE Skeleton 39mm to life in an inspiring global campaign.

This is NORTEQ®

NORTEQ® is an innovative, highly shock-resistant carbon-fibre material that was created exclusively for NORQAIN and its watches in a close collaboration between NORQAIN, Jean-Claude Biver and BIWI SA. Six times lighter than steel and three-and-a-half times lighter than titanium, NORTEQ® can also be colourised—giving NORQAIN’s designers unmatched creative freedom. The material is composed of carbon fibre, which is commonly used in the aerospace industry, and a high-performance polymer matrix containing 60 per cent bio-sourced material (castor oil).
