Montres NORQAIN SA Contest/Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By participating in any contest or giveaway (“the Contest”) hosted by Montres NORQAIN SA, located at Hauptstrasse 10, 2560 Nidau, Switzerland, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, except employees of Montres NORQAIN SA, its affiliates, or any other persons connected to the contest. 

 

Eligibility

Participants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Contest: 

• Be 18 years of age or older. 

• Have a valid email address. 

• Meet any other requirements specified in the contest details. 

 

Entry Requirements

To enter the Contest: 

• Participants must scan the designated QR code (if applicable) or follow other entry instructions provided by Montres NORQAIN SA, such as visiting a specific URL or completing an action. 

• Each participant may only participate once unless otherwise specified in the contest details. 

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be considered void. 

 

Contest Period

The Contest period, including start and end dates, will be specified in the contest announcement. Entries submitted after the specified end date will not be considered. 

 

Prize

The prize(s) for each Contest will be detailed in the specific contest announcement, including a description and approximate retail value. No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable. 

 

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Specific details of the winner selection process may vary depending on the Contest. 

 

Claiming the Prize

Winners must respond to the notification email or message within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

 

Publicity

By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry content for promotional purposes by Montres NORQAIN SA without further compensation unless prohibited by law. 

 

Disqualification

Montres NORQAIN SA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: 

• Violates these Terms & Conditions. 

• Attempts to manipulate or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest. 

• Engages in fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

Montres NORQAIN SA shall not be liable for any technical failures or any other issues that may prevent an individual from participating in the contest, nor for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from participation or the acceptance of the prize. 

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland. The right to legal recourse is excluded. 

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision. 

 

Changes to the Terms & Conditions
